I'm looking for a senior accounting clerk for a car dealership in Laval.
Your duties will be to:
- Complete the payables cycle
- Receive, analyze and validate invoices
- Analyze general ledger accounts
- Make supplier payments
- Enter sales files
- Process accounts receivable
- Invoicing as required
- Assist with employee payroll
- Handle cheques, bank transfers and multi-currency transactions
- Other related duties
- DEP or DEC in accounting
- 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Experience in the automotive field (very important)
- Resourceful
- Versatile
What we offer:
- Salary between 50k and 62k annually
- Schedule between 35 and 40 hours per week (possibility of finishing at 2:30 p.m. on Fridays)
- Group insurance after 3 months
- Possibility of remote work if needed
