Want the unique experience of accelerating the growth of a dynamic as well as increasingly visible and impactful part of RONA? We are looking for an exceptional individual who will play a key role in driving the long-term revenue and profit growth of RONA’s online businesses.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Customer Experience & E-Commerce Advisor to join our team. Reporting directly to the Site experience manager, this role is integral in driving our online customer journey, managing online-only programs, launching new brands, optimizing all campaigns through and AB/test program, and enhancing path to conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer experience, with a focus on delivering a seamless online journey for our customers.
Your role
Oversee the implementation and management of all online-only programs.
Lead the online launch of new brands, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
Develop and optimize promotional strategies including dynamic coupons, value cues for search landing pages, value cues badges, and flyer integration.
Manage various content pages, including shop & brand pages, awareness pages, and operational pages.
Analyze and optimize the customer journey funnel to improve conversion rates.
Analyze and optimize site navigation based on trends and seasonality.
Oversee site content, focusing on optimization in categories and collaboration with the marketing team on the Workbench content section.
Support the marketing team in managing site monetization efforts, starting with Criteo, and collaborate to introduce new monetization strategies.
Lead the transfer of all content pages to the new Sanity platform.
Participate in all E-Commerce Projects & QA Testing as needed.
Implement new site features, such as the "New In" filter, to enhance customer engagement.
Conduct A/B tests to compare different site elements (e.g., NPC vs PLP) and analyze results to drive improvements.
Focus on analyzing the conversion funnel to identify and implement enhancements that drive higher conversion rates.
The qualifications we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in business, e-Commerce, or similar.
At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing
Cross-functional experience and ability to lead directly and through influence
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Hotjar and Figma (an asset)
Exceptional analytical and communication skills
Driven, self-starter attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to perform in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to quickly bring clarity and define path forward in complex situations
