Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst for one of our clients to assist with a Windows 11 rollout and hardware refresh, including laptops/desktops, cameras, scanners, and printers in each community, followed by user training.

Candidate MUST have the following:

• A minimum of eight (8) years application rollout experience;
• Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Windows 11 rollout experience;
• Experience and certification in MS InTune (would be an asset);
• Application Installation and testing;
• Hardware refresh (i.e., laptops/desktops, cameras, scanners, and printers) in each community;
• Perform user training.
