? Operation and maintenance of a 1st Class powerhouse that includes ammonia and refrigeration systems.
? Provide support and direction to tradespeople in maintaining the reliability of boiler and refrigeration, and water treatment services.
? Responsible for steam systems, refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, water supply systems, and fire protection.
? Supervision of contracted services within the factory as required.
? Driving and supporting Continuous Improvement ideas along with problem solving & troubleshooting opportunities that arise on shift.
? Administrative responsibilities include budget control as well as task/time scheduling using relevant software and electronic reports as required.
? Administrative functions of a supervisory role, such as time keeping, vacation planning, taking call-ins, and finding replacements.
? Coaching & mentoring plant associates on change management and driving/sustaining positive business practices and tool applications on the shop floor.
? Oversees associate training.
? Liaison with corporate support for project management initiatives.
Qualification Requirements:

? 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience.
