Job Description
As a Talent Partner you will play a critical role in shaping our talent strategy. You will be responsible for leading, developing and improving key processes related to succession planning, building early talent pipelines, performance management, talent assessment and career development within our organization. You are an expert relationship builder, and will collaborate with leaders and our HR Operations teams across the organization to create robust programs that align with our business objectives, ultimately enhancing engagement and retention of our employees.

Your responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with leaders and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner in talent management initiatives
Support the development and implementation of succession planning across the organization to identify and develop the next generation of talent in the organization
Design and support strategies to build strong pipelines of talent across the organization to support the organizations evolving needs
Execute performance management processes, aligned with company goals to enable leaders to effectively manage performance, equipping leaders with the tools and insights to facilitate constructive feedback and performance discussions
Drive an integrated talent management strategy across the business for an exceptional employee experience that drives engagement and retention
Facilitate the strategic workforce planning process, developing actionable plans that align with our business objectives
Collaborate with HR Directors & Partners across the business to ensure the meaningful implementation of talent management programming
Apply strong leadership and collaboration to drive a One Company approach to our strategy
Your Skills:
Ability to effectively build relationships with and influence people within the organization in support of strategic goals
Ability to maintain a holistic view to talent management processes and tools to drive strategic decision-making
Strong organizational skills; able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities
Possesses sound business ethics; shows consistency between principles, values and behavior
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Your experience:
5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
Undergraduate degree or certificate in the field of Human Resources
Job requires multi-tasking, balancing priorities, ability to make decisions and deadlines
Possess the ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrate creativity/imagination
Strategic thinker, ability to think outside the box.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Presentation skills, comfortable speaking to groups
