What you can expect:
As a software developer in our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our platform. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing our systems, working closely with various departments to identify and fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure smooth operation. You will be responsible for:
Monitoring and maintaining system performance to ensure the platform runs smoothly and efficiently.
Proactively identifying and resolving bugs in collaboration with product and development teams.
Analyzing and improving performance bottlenecks and ensuring optimal system response times.
Ensuring the security and integrity of our platform by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing solutions.
Developing and deploying fixes and enhancements to improve system reliability and usability.
Staying up to date on technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed within the team and organization.
What we want from you:
Bachelor's degree or college diploma (DEC) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience;
5+ years experience in web application development;
Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and React, as well as SQL (or similar technologies);
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to work as part of a team.
