As an Integration Specialist, and reporting directly to the COO, you will play a crucial role in working with Sales, Support, and Engineering teams, ensuring we continue our path to be the most integrated company in our industry. Talking with partners, understanding their integration needs, testing and validating your ideas, and continually improving, you will be involved in owning our integration strategy and execution from concept to conclusion. Your contributions will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive our growth.
Key Responsibilities Be a key point of contact in the business around recommending, validating, testing, and enhancing Gradient’s library of integrations using PowerShell.
Work directly with new and existing partners to understand their processes and how best to utilize or update our integrations.
Investigate new opportunities to develop new integrations with vendors and test with our partners.
Collaborate with members of our Sales, Engineering, and Product team weekly to align integration priorities.
Design PowerShell scripts from template to validate use cases and recommend new supported integrations.
Assist sales and onboarding team with complex onboardings and integration needs.
Manage ongoing relationships with new and existing vendors to curate testing accounts and support channels for ongoing maintenance of our integration library.

You have 3+ years of experience in a project management, development, implementation, or similar role.
Strong understanding of SaaS products and cloud-based technologies.
Experience working with software development and scripting, particularly with PowerShell.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Extra Awesomeness Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or within the IT Channel.
Previous experience in a software startup environment.
Experience working with or for vendors in the IT Channel.
Experience working with APIs and associated tools and technologies.
