Internal Sales - Director Business Development 100% Cold Call - Booking Meetings at C-Level

Parisella, Vincelli Associates Consulting Group (PVA) is made up of a dedicated and passionate group of professionals from a variety of professional disciplines. Our mandate is to improve our Client’s operational and financial performance through an integrated approach that includes:
Installation of a Management Operating System (MOS) in production, maintenance, and warehouse.
A Performance Management System built into the Operating Model.
Continuous improvement processes built into the Operating Model.
Extensive coaching, development, and organizational alignment at all levels—from the executive management team to on-the-floor.

We are currently seeking a highly driven Director Business Development (DBD) to add to our growing team. The high-level role and responsibilities of the DBD position are:
Secure introductory meetings with C-Level executives at major North American corporations.
Work in close partnership with the Senior Vice-President of Business Development (VPBD).
Manage the VPBD’s calendar.
Update and maintain databases for your assigned scope.
Conduct research on existing and new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience setting meetings with executives of large companies.
Expertise in prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads.
Strong communication and closing skills.
Experienced with sales databases.
Tenacious and able to overcome obstacles while establishing contacts with C-Level executives.
Highly responsible and accountable.
Very coachable.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Well organized and manages time efficiently.
