Minimum requirements:
Matric
3-5 years experience in a similar role or within a fuel service station environment
Well-presented
Strong retail fuel industry experience – Non-negotiable
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Valid RSA driver’s license and own vehicle
Must be willing to travel
South African citizen
Skills required:
Work independently and self-disciplined, as the role is often done remotely or whilst travelling
Strong communication skills and able to build rapport with all internal and external stakeholders
Strong administrative skills
Well articulate, a good listener and a strong communicator
Good time management skills
Ability to think and act strategically in the best interests of the company
Duties and responsibilities:
Operational standards
Client management
Sales and network development
Competitor reporting and analysis
Oversee foreign fuel
Responsible for promotions, CSI and advertising
Compliance with operational standards
Tenure information management
Stakeholder relations
Administration and support
Please note: Must be able to travel to the Northern Cape on a regular basis and reside or relocate to the Northern Cape.
