Sr. Python Engineer

We are seeking a Software Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS and Python and experience in the Payer domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining software solutions that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities

Design and implementation of software solutions using AWS and Python, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project specifications and requirements.

Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.

Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.

Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Stay abreast of new technologies and propose their adoption where beneficial to our projects.

Ensure the security of our applications by integrating best-in-class security practices.

Optimize existing systems for improved performance and scalability.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Provide technical leadership in the planning and execution of projects. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Qualifications

Experience 8 to 10 yrs

Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong background in AWS and Python. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience in the Payer domain is advantageous but not mandatory. - A commitment to achieving project goals and deadlines.

Ability to mentor and lead a team of junior engineers.

Software Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience, proficient in AWS and Python, to drive our software development projects forward.
