Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, providing assistance in both English and Spanish
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions within the CRM system.
• Provide relevant information about services, policies, and processes while upholding company standards.
• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential candidates for open roles, with a focus on building a diverse talent pool.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Track and update candidate progress in the applicant tracking system, maintaining accurate and organized records.

Qualifications of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients and candidates.
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to handle diverse tasks.

Salary:

$22 - $27 per hour, based on experience
