Description
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and connecting with people? We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as Customer Service Representative in the entertainment industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience. If you have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and enjoy problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service for Scooterbug Reservations and VENU + Arcades
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers on planning and booking reservations
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring timely responses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, striving to exceed their expectations
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
  • Document all customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding matters
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
  • 6 months to 1-year previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the call center entertainment industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer service software (reservations are entered into the computer according to standard operating procedures)
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Schedule: Mid-Shift 11:30am - 8:00pm
  • High school diploma or equivalent
