Responsibilities: - Setup daily cycle counts in our ERP;
- Use the system to execute the cycle count daily;
- Review discrepancies and perform re-counts when counts are out of tolerance;
- Conduct Physical Inventory when required;
- Report on the inventory accuracy in the daily standup meetings;
- Help to make sure all products and shelves are labeled properly;
- Analyze cycle count error to find root causes;
- Help to drive solutions to root causes of cycle count errors;
- Liaison with ERP team to share data and collaborate on corrections and solutioning;
- Ad hoc inventory reporting as needed;
- Support safety rules and engage in safety observation process;
- Be an active member of the shipping team;

Essential Functions: - Computer literate, strong communication and good math skills, able to work with Microsoft Office
- Experience working with ERP systems and barcode scanning
- Ability to drive a forklift and become certified
- Must be 18 years old, high school diploma preferred, detail oriented, automotive/mechanical ability a plus
- Willingness and understanding you will get dirty at times, and may have to work with chemicals
- Have a Can-Do Attitude, with good time management, communication and decision-making skills
- Self-starting and motivated; believe in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help others
- Adhere to all safety rules, give it your all every day, must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
