Shift: 2:30pm-10pm Job Summary: The Lamination Operator is responsible for the operation of lamination equipment used in the production of printed circuit boards. This role involves preparing materials, setting up machinery, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the lamination process. Essential Job Function:Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairsLoad and unload materials, ensuring proper alignment and adherence. Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking systemRead and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify qualityMaintain a safe, neat, and organized workplaceDocument and report any defects or inconsistencies.
