Overview:

What you can expect from this role

  • Clinic operates 5 days a week Monday-Friday, 7:00-6:00 with four 10-hour shifts.
  • Serves diverse populations: pediatric, adult, and senior.
  • Provides comprehensive front door care including wellness, acute, behavioral health, diagnostics, and pharmacy services.
  • Emphasizes seamless care delivery through optimized workflows and cross-training.
  • Utilizes consumer insights to inform and enhance practices, recommending explorative studies and new standards.
  • Collaborates on developing, refining, and enhancing clinical programs, processes, and policies with care team.
  • Conducts post-discharge outreach to reduce readmission risks.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • 2 years' experience

Certifications

  • Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA
