Background : The Army National Guard need Medical and Dental Non-clinical Case Management and administrative Care Coordinator staffing in support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR).
Job Title : Care Coordinator.
Location : Cottage Grove Armory, 8180 Belden Blvd., Cottage Grove, MN
Schedule : 06:00-17:00, Monday through Friday
Qualifications :

• HS diploma,
• Three years of equivalent experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 and similar platforms.

Duties :

• Assembling and processing a total of 5,000 Mobility (MOB) packets for the soldiers.
• Manage the processing and documentation Medical waivers.
• Managing documentation and administrative tasks associated with hearing tests, hearing protection, and hearing-related medical evaluations for soldiers.
