Schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm
Compensation: $21.84 per hour
Type: Full Time - 40 hours
Under the direction of the Receiving Supervisor, the Shipping/ Receiving Team Lead ensures timely execution of shipments and accuracy of all data entry for orders, receipts and shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Check all open transfers and carrier drop offs before shift
- Review any B2B / BTQ LTL or truck load orders and schedule
- Ensure all policy and procedures are followed by associates
- Verify all work for accuracy
- Load and pending pickup or assign forklift drivers to load/offload
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out properly before driver leaves
- Ensure breaks are followed as planned
- Communicate to drivers when loads will be ready or ETA
- Communicate all issues to Supervisor or Manager
- All paperwork turned in daily & emailed to appropriate internal and external staff
- Close out day and plan for next day with Supervisor
- Ensure the any team members knows their start times each day as schedules could change
- Pushing 5S Standards and processes set by IDL and Client
- Follow all CID compliant documents and SOP's
- This job will include other duties as assigned.

- Forklift Experience Minimum 1 year
PREFERRED NOT RREQUIRED - Operational experience preferred.
- Understand of SAP & experience working with variety of WMS.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP Warehouse Management Systems.
EDUCATION - High school diploma or equivalent
