Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and importing airline customer orders into our database system in a timely manner, ensuring that production and packing reports are provided to our operations department. You will also play a crucial role in manually adding flights and meal service codes, auditing and delivering flight meal reports, and adhering to Airlines' Customer Policy and Procedures.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Manually add flights and meal service codes to CBase
• Audit, print, sort, and deliver flight meal reports/diagrams to in-house stations
• Adhere to Airlines Customer Policies and Procedures
• Process required reports per request
• Complete the Task Shift Checklist promptly
• Communicate up-to-date flight and meal information via email, phone, or two-way radio to required departments
• Communicate professionally with customers, employees, and management via available means
• Submit service tickets for issues or concerns within CBASE or the airline system

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Proficient in using communication tools (email, phone, two-way radio).
• Experience in report generation and data management is a plus
• Understanding airline customer policies and procedures is a plus
• Familiarity with database systems (e.g., CBase)
• Team Player
• Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
