The HVAC dispatcher key role will be responsible for coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, and resolving issues.
Responsibility:

• Plan HVAC and Plumbing technicians' days by scheduling service calls in a logical and time-effective manner, manage the on-call schedule and notify technicians of their assigned weeks,
• Dispatchers are the first point of contact for customers, fielding phone calls and providing updates on appointment times, delays, or changes. They also assist in resolving complaints or issues.
• Dispatchers direct technicians to jobs that require attention, and provide logistical support to them in the field. They receive check-in calls from technicians and inform them of the next job to respond to.
• Dispatchers enter necessary data into the computer database, and maintain customer repair records.
• Log all work orders into company system software.
• Submit office supply orders as needed.
• Forward faxes and emails to appropriate personnel.
• Open to working the weekend
• Typing, filing and various office duties

Job Requirements:

• Strong people skills, and being able to stay calm under pressure
• Highly capable of multitasking
• An upbeat team player personality.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.
• Pass background check.
• Computer skills.
• Experience in dispatching.
• Have in-depth knowledge of company services and HVAC and Plumbing terminology is ideal
