**Job Description**

Develop and manage an integrated master project schedule. Establish schedule baseline and manage updates to the baseline in accordance with program offices integrated change control procedures.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison for the assigned program office and other program offices.

+ Decompose project work into tasks and subtasks that are represented on the master project schedule.

+ Meet regularly with project team to review progress on current tasks and upcoming milestones.

+ Apply knowledge of project management to help the team plan and estimate the duration of future tasks.

+ Collaborate with assigned program office to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client or customer needs.

+ Provide executive updates, reports, and dashboards on program status as required.

+ Maintain master schedule, revises as needed, and alert PM and appropriate client staff of schedule changes or delays.

+ Participate in planning meetings for assigned program office and other program offices.

+ Performs other related duties, as required.

**Must have:**

+ 5 years of experience using Microsoft Project to prepare logically linked schedules for programs or proposals and Bachelors degree or 9 years of related experience

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Project macros, views, custom reports in order to sort and present the data by "team", "current tasks", "late tasks", etc

+ Experience with Excel to include pivot tables, macros, lookup tables

**Nice to have:**

+ Strong working knowledge of Jira

+ Advanced skill in critical path analysis or in task decomposition

+ Ability to construct and manage logically linked tasks to complete defined project Milestones

+ Ability to report negative slack when predecessor tasks push a milestone past its scheduled due date

+ Experience with using MS Project to support Earned Value Management

+ Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

+ Experience with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), HR Process Design, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), or Agile Project Management

**Security Clearance**

+ Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$126,400$256,300 USD
