Job Description

  • Make purchases from suppliers;
  • Determine the availability of requested items;
  • Ensure compliance with costs, delivery time and specifications;
  • Create and update purchase requisitions to the ERP;
  • Ensure that all stages of the procurement process are followed;
  • Generate the various inventory reports;
  • Enter data to the ERP at the level of items in inventory;
  • Follow up with customers and suppliers on invoices and quotes;
  • Support the management of day-to-day relationships with external partners;
  • Respond effectively to requests from internal and external customers;
  • Plan the transport of the merchandise with the various business partners.

 

  • Hold a college diploma in supply department or equivalent combination;
  • Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Have good writing and communication skills;
  • Bilingualism (French and English), an asset;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, an asset;
  • Have good judgment and be autonomous;
  • Be organizational, able to manage priorities and multiple tasks at the same time in a rapidly changing environment;
  • Able to interact professionally at all times;
  • Be able to meet deadlines;
