We are looking to fill a full-time role for a Client Service Representative on our commercial lines team. The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representative's role is to ensure exceptional client service to Gallagher's Commercial Insurance clientele. While working on a fun and collaborative team, the CSR carries out a wide range of duties. Do you have an optimistic outlook and willingness to work with a dynamic and diverse team? Key Job Responsibilities :
Assist the Producer in client service duties
Weekly overview of renewals
Prioritizing and handling daily phone calls, e-mails, and mail
Providing timely responses to client queries
Meeting with team members to check on challenges and give direction
Assisting with marketing of accounts and attending client meetings as necessary
Problem-solving concerning different coverages, rating, claims and competition
Administration associated with client service – record notes, instructions, new submissions, renewal submissions, letters, claim reporting
Handling activities in EPIC
Handle claim notices and ensure timely reporting to carrier(s)
Other duties as assigned
About you :
Required : High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of related experience.
Preferred : Appropriate license
Behaviors : Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks
