What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive technical leadership within the engineering team, shaping systems design and guiding strategic planning
Architect and implement scalable cloud-based solutions using advanced AI/ML technologies
Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders to deliver innovative software products
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, emphasizing best practices in planning, implementation, and testing
Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement and skill development
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
6+ years of extensive software development experience, focusing on cloud-native application hosting and maintenance
3+ years of hands-on expertise in designing and maintaining larger-scale distributed applications, preferably using Azure
Proven track record (3+ years) in backend application development using Python, with proficiency in containerization and CI/CD tools
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and contribute positively to team dynamics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with other programming languages (e.g. C#, C++, Java) and/or cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, especially model hosting and deployment (MLOps)
Experience in the legal industry is a plus
