Job Description
  • Coverage Needed:
    • August :00 am - September :00 am
    • September :00 am - September :00 am
    • Estimated need up to 3 weeks per month, 24 hour call coverage
  • Clinical Information:
    • Daily patient volume: 15
    • Average 1 trauma ENT need a week, but 3-5 calls for ENT
    • Provider will only need assistance form nursing and staff, etc when a consult or surgery comes in during the time
    • EMR: Meditech
    • Call can be taken from home (if local) or hotel
    • Physician will not be in-house, but the ENT may have to occasionally come in to the hospital if required
  • Required:
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Current Flu Vaccine
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
      • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
    • Board Certified
    • Required: General and Trauma ENT coverage, Fracture call coverage
