FT/PT Seasonal Ski Lift Operator, Holimont Inc. Ellicottville The ski Lift Operator is responsible for the safe, orderly operation of the ropeway. As a frontline employee, the Ski Lift Operator must be able to interact positively with members and guests. A successful Operator is able to provide excellent customer service in a dynamic outdoor environment. Responsibilities and duties: Be on-time for your shift successfully complete Training modules for the safe operation of the Lift advise and assist passengers as needed participate in themed events at your lift comply with all company policies and procedures Lift Operators must be at least 18 years old possess ability to read, write and understand English be able to work in Winter elements for extended periods, including physical activities such as shoveling snow.
