In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production and distribution processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organization, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Pull orders from inventory, deliver production materials, and stage finished products for distribution.Contribute to the efficient operation of stock and materials storage areas.Maintain accurate inventory levels by identifying, labeling, and recording the location of materials, while reporting shortages as necessary.Locate and verify materials and supplies listed on production orders.Manage in-process inventory by delivering and opening materials at work centers.Receive and verify materials, ensure correct material is received, and verify quantities.Conduct pre-use inspections on material-handling equipment.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to facilitate the movement of materials.Maintain cleanliness in inventory areas, loading docks, and machinery.Open, sort, and catalog materials as required.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.Previous experience in stock or inventory management is a plus.Familiarity with operating a forklift is preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to read and analyze information.Proficient in managing multiple complex tasks and meeting deadlines.Excellent time management skills and a process improvement mindset.Knowledge of inventory control systems.Ability to lift heavy materials and engage in physical labor.Basic data entry skills for inventory management
