Because we love what moves you.Client Care SpecialistImprove client care by providing our clients a single point of contact. Receives callers at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and completes client request for service or sales. Answers basic inquiries, schedules service appointments for the appropriate store, routes incoming calls to requested teammates when required. Responds to all incoming sales traffic requests via phone, email or text and works to set qualified appointments. Ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum benefit on Internet and phone sales opportunities while delivering the utmost client satisfaction. ResponsibilitiesKnowledgeable with the Hinderer Motor Company culture Familiar with the Automotive departments and service provided to our clientsAnswer dealership group phones and transfer to correct departmentsGreet and receive prospects and customersDirect customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salespersonWork cooperatively with the sales teamCommunicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient mannerType memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentsAssist in scheduling and confirming sales appointmentsCommunicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)Achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat businessHigh energy level and strong work ethicDesire to grow through continued training and developmentVisolutions CRM experience a plusSales experience is a plus, NOT requiredPrevious customer service experiencePrevious call center and/or Internet sales experience a plusProfessional demeanor and appearanceQualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrates attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple projects, be a team player and self-motivated, and demonstrate attention to detail.Be flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.Strong creative problem-solving skills, and a strong analytical mindset.Excellent relationship-building skills.Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skillsExcellent follow through and follow up skillsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust be willing to work on an On-site dealership environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation mandatory.A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and educationOpen to applicants who do not have a college diplomaThe Hinderer Motor Company strives to conduct our business as a well-respected organization; with integrity, hard work, and with the highest care for our people, customers, and business partners.
