Student Enrollment Support Assistant

Primary Function : To participate as a member of the Admissions team to achieve the goals of the department and the College in a manner that is compliant with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).
Responsibilities: Process and update new and readmit applications, verify student identity and addresses based on documents provided, support digital imaging initiatives, provide customer service support, maintain strong collaboration with Records, IT and Data Analyst for accuracy and compliance, represent Admissions and assist with on-campus events, prepare special reports, and work on specials projects. Perform other duties as assigned. Position reports to the Director of Admissions.
Performance Standards: Performance in this position is considered satisfactory when: (1) responsibilities of the position have been carried out at a level to ensure efficient office operations; (2) positive collaboration and relationship with team, faculty, other staff members, and students.
Qualifications:
(1) Education:high school diploma and/or combination of training and experience to support performing duties effectively.
(2) Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:Strong critical thinking; effective oral, written, organizational and interpersonal skills; proficient using multiple systems and software; advance knowledge of MS Office, databases, word processing and spreadsheets; high degree of adaptability, reliability and confidentiality.
(3) Experience:Minimum of two-three years of related office experience.
