Description
Customer Service & Scheduling Representative Heat Treat Division
GENERAL : Responsible for customer service calls and contacts, scheduling, record retention and ERP support. Assist with expediting of jobs throughout the plant. On-site position. Shop floor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) : Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Proficient with Microsoft products and overall computer savvy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
Effectively communicate with customers about assigned activities, followed by internal communications, documentation, and follow-ups. (Professional verbal communication, along with concise effective email)
Review shipment documentation and invoice details for completeness and accuracy.
Scheduling of Heat Treat Orders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
  • Willing to be trained in areas that need enhanced skills.
  • Strong Math skills
  • Proficient with current computer software, Microsoft products and email.
  • Effectively communicate through written and verbal means.
  • High School diploma,
  • Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Need to work with a team to produce a positive outcome - team player.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Inventory, and Shipping / Receiving preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Technical education relating to communications and data entry and manipulation.
  • Must be able to maintain a very high level of accuracy at all times, despite interruptions.
  • Ability to prioritize and follow up accurately in a timely fashion.
  • Must be able to analyze and comprehend invoices and customer purchase orders.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Work Schedule
Full-Time Day Shift 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
