Demand Planning Business Partner Location: Shanghai, SH, CNCompany: GoodyearGoodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Amelia LiSponsorship Available: NoRelocation Assistance Available: NoResponsibilities:You take the responsibility of rolling forecast (both SOE and S&OP horizon) aligned with business strategies and sales policies to support profitability and volume targets of Consumer PBU by analyzing sales history, consolidating demand drivers, and evaluating future market dynamics with fact-based sales assumptions.You are requested to provide strong data analysis and insights related to business optimization during demand generation and planning process by using the right data and adopting effective methodology like Machine learning, Demand Segmentation and Assumption-based planning etc. to drive business alignment.You are the contact window of supply chain for responsible channels, to work with supply chain functions to support forecast & supply & sales order, logistic and warehouse issues.You are responsible to work with demand planning manager on continuous improvements from process, tool, and people perspectives to achieve key performance indicators, e.g. sales volume, margin, forecast accuracy, DSI, customer satisfaction for department wide etc.Requirements:You have a Bachelor's degree, major in Marketing, Business, Math, Economics, Statistics or Engineering is preferred.You have more than 5 years working experience in sales operations, marketing operations, demand/supply planning. 2-3 years working experience on continuous improvement within sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management or operations planning.You have experience in data analysis, e.g. Tableau, Python is a plus.You have professional and interpersonal skills in working with sales/marketing managers, high flexibility and ability to drive change and deliver results under pressure.You have self-confidence and assertiveness in questioning numbers and challenging assumptions being made by others.You have excellent negotiation skills/experience with diplomatic handling of challenging cross-functional and business relationships by persuading, convincing and building partnerships in order to reach consensus.You have excellent communication and data presentation skills, ability to present complex analytical data and results in a simple way.You are system and process driven.You are fluent in English.Goodyear is one of the world’s largest tire companies.
