Main Responsibilities: Provide after-market support:
Manage and coordinate the resolution to technical challenges reported by customers and end-users, varying from low to medium complexity, in order to minimize the impact on the end-users’ operations
Collaborate with various groups/teams, and at times, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to provide engineered solutions
Create and manage a portfolio of technical files in the after-market database software
Virtually support Technicians during on-site work
Engage with subcontractors for technical files
Requirements If you have:
Engineering related education an asset
Experience in technical support and/or customer service
Experience in the valve industry is an asset
Efficiency in MS Office Suite
Good computer skills
Bilingual (English and French)
ERP experience an asset
Strong Customer service skills
Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
Ability to work and learn new concepts autonomously or in a team
Ability to respond well to changing priorities and deadlines
Ability to manage without formal authority
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Good Mechanical/Spatial visualization
