A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE AGRICULTURAL DIVISION SALES MANAGER
You will be responsible for the overall sales budget and targeted KPIs, including training, coaching, and mentoring a group of entry-level and experienced salespeople. You will manage inventory and whole goods effectively, while being an integral part of a large team that collaborates to achieve client success.
WORK SCHEDULE
Hours will be seasonally dependent.

Over 10 years of experience in leadership and sales management
Strong familiarity with the agricultural and agribusiness sectors and industries
Willingness and ability to travel within the region and to industry events across North America
