Primary Vascular Care is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to perform on-site clinical assessments to determine appropriate patient treatment plans of residents of client facilities. This position reports to the Lead Nurse Practitioner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perf
