**Overview**

The Arena Utility Specialist is responsible for facility maintenance including floorcare, window cleaning, and varying facility maintenance projects within the venue.

**Pay** $20.50

**Basic Qualifications:**

Must be 18 years of age or older

Previous Utility Cleaner experience required

No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

**Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation

+ Perform bonnet and extraction carpet cleaning

+ Utilize additional floorcare cleaning equipment such as buffers

+ Clean interior and exterior window, glass partitions, and mirrors using chemicals, sponges, and squeegees

+ Safely operate lift equipment to clean higher level surfaces

+ Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
