Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record and update customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.
- Maintain customer accounts by accurately processing orders, returns, or service requests.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior staff or specialized departments when necessary.
- Follow company protocols and guidelines to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Strive to meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets (e.g., call volume, customer satisfaction scores, etc.).
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide the best customer service.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback discussions to improve personal and team performance.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
