Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned): Demonstrate commitment to core values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values. Provide administrative support on planning, scheduling and projection to operation team. Operation Data collection, analysis, summarize and reporting. Will determine, coordinate and communicate production plans and schedules. Proactively identify and communicate potential problems and issues. Focus on on-time delivery to customer, minimizing work-in-process inventory and reducing order lead-time where possible. Follow safety/quality policies and procedures. Prioritize sales orders to utilize production/warehouse to maximize efficiency. Check open work order report daily. Update JDE WO status and note to record the status and progress in JDE as needed. Coordinate all rush orders and monitor the progression. Coordinate with purchasing department regarding any special circumstances/requests for sales department. Responsible for tracking overdue order and take proper action timely. Provide weekly/monthly planning production scheduling and weekly open order, projection and analysis report as needed. Communicate or provide report to sales departments as to lead-times, order status and shipping schedules. Essential Education, Skills and Experience: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college of technical school; or two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Require and understanding of client and production priorities and coordination with account managers and production managers. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions while working in a team environment. Strong Excel skill is required, including Pivot Table, basic formulas and charts. Ability to adjust plan quickly to handle special requirements / situations. Excellent Microsoft skills; Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc. Must be analytical and detailed oriented. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact in a professional manner with internal customers. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interests, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Must have ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Have the ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations. Pay Range: $20-$25/hour
