Job Title: Batch MakerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Batch Maker responsible for reading ingredient sheets and mixing raw materials. The ideal candidate will load products into blenders or hoppers and ensure the production process runs smoothly.ResponsibilitiesRead ingredient sheets and mix raw materials accurately.Load products into blenders or hoppers.Pre-weigh and compound ingredients.Operate sit-down forklift as needed.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.Pick up trash, complete paperwork, and make boxes.Utilize vacuum systems for cleaning.Adhere to GMP standards and safety protocols.Essential SkillsManufacturing experience.Experience in batch making and mixing ingredients.Knowledge of raw materials and compounding.Sit-down forklift operation experience.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsGeneral production and labor skills.Experience with batching, blending, and production processes.Capability to work in a high-temperature environment.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Why Work Here?We offer a very good benefit package including life, dental, and vision insurance, vacation & sick time, and opportunities for growth and longevity.
