We are currently seeking two amazing Customer Support Liaison to add to our fantastic team in our Coeur d'Alene location. We provide training on policies, procedures and Federal guidelines of the banking industry. This individual will answer a multi-line telephone system and appropriately direct calls and assist customers. The Customer Support Liaison cooperates with all other branches, departments, and subsidiaries of the bank to ensure friendly, courteous, and professional service. Consistant and timely attendance is essential to this position.
This is a full time, 37 hour a week position. Must have availability between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 to 3:00 on Saturday. Regular & timely attendance is essential for this position. Schedule may vary. $16.25 + DOE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Answer multi-line phone system within service guidelines.
- Assist customers in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining strict confidentiality of customer financial information
- Learn all bank products and services in order to retain customers, or spot sales opportunities and refer business.
- Order new ATM/Debit card requests, as well as existing card requests.
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Learn the 8 step process in order to talk to customers about bank products.
About You QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Word and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills both verbal and written to maintain a heavy volume of correspondence, personal contact, and telephone communication.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task and handle complex tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills.
- Math skills
PREFERRED SKILLS/EDUCATION: - Knowledge of Mountain West Bank products & procedures
- 6 months Customer Service Experience
- Knowledge of Jack Henry systems
- Previous call center experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise level.

Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.
