Job Description
Start your new career as a Customer Service Representative with MAU at our client in Covington, GA. As a Customer Service Representative , you will perform various functions of the Customer Service Department.

What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; OR
  • 6+ months of related experience or training; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and work effectively with customers and sales
  • Basic mathematical skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Solid troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift 10 pounds
What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative
  • Provide telephone support for customers, TSMs, and consumers
  • Manage all inbound calls per Call Quality Standards
  • Interface with outside vendors for art proofs and customer orders
  • Assist with internal and external customer orders
  • Receive, review, and submit order requests
  • Review customer orders for pricing, accuracy, and compliance
  • Remain knowledgeable on BSG products, processes, and promotions
  • Problem-solve basic to complex customer-related issues
  • Process Customer Service Correspondence (CSC) requests
  • Maintain and establish access for customers on the Customer Web Portal
  • Assist with Contact Us and other customer communications sites
  • Submit and manage Proof of Delivery claims
  • Interface with the warehouse, Sales, Marketing, and other departments
  • Issue and track Return Authorizations
  • Provide backup support to Logo and Order Entry
  • Meet monthly performance goals
  • Assist with other projects and tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned
