Local Delivery Driver Class B CDL - Dry Ice
Location - Orlando, FL
Schedule - Monday - Friday
Rate of Pay - $22.00 to 23.00/HR
Drivers Average 45-50 Hours/week
Miles per week - 700
Number of Stops per day - 12
Equipment - Straight Truck w/Liftgate
Eligible for Benefits day 31 of employment which include: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, Life & Disability Insurance Benefits
Additional Details:
Drive Cam in trucks.
No electronics/Bluetooth allowed.
Zero tolerance for cell and electronic devices while driving an Airgas CMV.
Airgas operates a modern and efficient fleet.
Most vehicles are under 6 years old and equipped with driver-friendly technology, such as On Board Computers, collision avoidance technology, latest camera technology and GPS navigation.
Required Qualifications And Competencies
- At least 21 yrs old
- Have at least a Class B CDL with at least 1 yr experience - experience must be within the last 4 years
- A Class A CDL must have 1 yr experience and it should also be in the last 4 years.
- Graduated from an accredited truck driving school and have a diploma this will count as the 1 year of experience. (with in the last 4 years)
- Confirmed experience driving in the military with a CDL will also count for the required experience.
- No preventable accidents of any kind in the last 3 years.
- No more than 2 minor tickets in the last 3 years.
- No serious violation ticket (speeding 15+, reckless driving, etc) in the last 3 years.
- No suspensions of CDL in the last 3 years except for "Failure to pay child support".
- No DUI on the last 7 years.
