Position Overview:
We are looking for an experience Client Care Representative who builds connection with customers, find solutions, and help people find what they're looking for. Especially if people tell you that they love your voice and you could talk on the phone all day!
Your teammates will cheer you on as you address customer concerns and get them the help they need.
Responsibilities:
- We believe customers should speak with real people - not phone robots. Answer calls as they come in
- Verify information in our CRM and make sure to update notes with a high degree of accuracy
- Help Technicians check out and update records accordingly
- Respond to chats and emails as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience providing excellent customer service over the phone and chat
- Able to multi-task, updating notes in CRM and keeping up with phone conversations
- Positive, customer service-driven attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability and desire to work independently, come up with solutions, and know how to use your resources
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
