More About the Position:
- Tiered CSR Levels with Level 1 starting at $18-20 per hour
- Offers incentives to increase hourly pay based on performance
- Fills the 3-day board by converting inbound customer calls into appointments for our field staff
- Consistently hits a raw inbound booking rate
- Have an average handle time of 3-6 minutes
- Onboards at least one customer per day into our Home Care Club
- Actively participates in ongoing training through T&G, meetings, and company events
- Handles different communication methods with customers (ie. emails, chats, voicemails and live phone calls)
What Does It Take?:
- 1+ years of customer service or post high school educational experience
- A passion and drive to explain, present, and honestly provide options to customers
- Ability to work specific schedule they are assigned
- Ability to come into the office for working hours
- Ability to pass the prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test, background check, and a clean motor vehicle report for the past three years

Please arrive at 24565 Hallwood Ct Farmington Hills, 48335. This building is the first building you will see with the Thornton and Grooms trucks. We do have two buildings.
Parking: Please park in one of our two building lots only. We have signs indicating where the addition parking is on Halsted. If you are unsure, please ask one of our staff members when you enter the building, and they will guide you on where to park.
Plan to be here around an hour and a half as we will give an overview of the company, a tour of our facility, and an on-site interview.
