Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative .
Position type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Rochester, NY
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Responsible for researching and responding to inquiries via telephone, email, walk-in, and mail from internal and external customers in accordance with custom designed benefit plans.
  • Responsible for meeting set statistical performance measures such as length of each call and daily call volume.
  • Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers, internal departments, vendors, and business associates.
  • Responsible for assisting with the training of other team members.
  • Responsible for participating in ongoing training to further knowledge of regulations, software systems, policies, and procedures, and develop skills to accurately fulfil requirements of the job.
  • Responsible for adhering to all Customer Service policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Associate degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of six months' work experience.
  • In lieu of degree a min of 2 years' experience working in a customer service setting/environment.
  • PC skills required.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
