Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation schedules.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and requests from employees and external parties in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR-related events.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, such as announcements and policy updates.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications: - 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably within Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong data management and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
