Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing prompt, reliable, and high-quality customer service, ensuring accuracy in job lists. CSRs communicate with customers via various channels, including phone (inbound and outbound calls), text messages, emails, and other digital platforms. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the CSR coordinates with multiple teams, including Work Order Administration (WOA), Dispatch, Sales, and Field Operations, to address customer needs. The CSR exemplifies Onsite Safety's mission, vision, and core values in all work activities.
Requirements

  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Field Operations, WOAs, and Dispatch to effectively address customer questions and fulfill requests.
  • Receive, respond to, and document all customer communications (via phone, text, email, or online portals) in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
  • Review and assess customer day-of and same-day work order requests.
  • Collaborate with the WOAs to generate accurate work orders based on customer requests.
  • Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure precise scheduling of customer services.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm scheduled dates for pending requests.
  • Follow established procedures to document, escalate, and resolve customer complaints in coordination with WOAs and Dispatch, and inter-departmentally with Sales and Field Operations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Work Environment and Time Requirements
The Customer Service Representative works in an office environment and works a standard work week.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in document and spreadsheet software, field service management software, and supply chain management software; 55+ WPM.
  • Solution-oriented team player with the ability to professionally convey information in a time-sensitive manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.

Salary Description
$16 - $18 per hour
