Responsibilities:

Are you passionate about wellness and dedicated to helping others on their journey toward well-being? As our Wellness Guide, you'll play a vital role in creating personalized experiences for our guests by matching their intentions with the ideal combination of services, activities, and lectures. Your expertise and guidance will help guests make the most of their wellness journey with us.

What Youll Do:
  • Personalized Guest Engagement : Connect with guests prior to their arrival to understand their goals and offer expert recommendations, inviting them to pre-book transformative services and activities.
  • On-Property Guidance : As the go-to wellness expert during their stay, provide personalized recommendations, answer questions, and offer one-on-one consultations to enhance their experience.
  • Curate the Perfect Experience : Adjust and tailor guest itineraries as needed, including booking, modifying, or canceling services, to ensure a seamless and rewarding visit.
  • Exceed Expectations : Gather valuable guest insights, preferences, and requests, and follow up on any special needs to ensure every detail is taken care of.
  • Stay Informed : Keep yourself up-to-date on the latest offerings, services, and departmental information through ongoing training, communication with other teams, and proactive learning.

Qualifications:

A Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred, but not required for this position. (Or any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position .)

It is preferred that you have experience in the health and wellness industry, and previous customer service experience is necessary. You need to be proficient in Microsoft computer applications.

To be successful, you need excellent communication, organization, and management skills. You need to be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and work efficiently and calmly under pressure. You also need to have excellent listening and interpretive skills. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of the philosophy of Canyon Ranch.
