Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $19-$23/hour paid weekly with benefits
Location: Glendale, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Job Description
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
+ Support inside and outside sales.
+ Provide data entry and order entry as needed to backup sales.
+ Track and expedite orders.
+ Interact with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
+ Adjust orders per customers' requests and according to company policies; communicate change information to the appropriate parties.
+ Resolve production, shipping, scheduling, and/or invoicing conflicts.
+ Other duties as assigned.

+ Customer Service is the conduit between the customer and the company. It is the goal of the CSR to ensure customers receive the best service and support found in the industry. Under general supervision, responsible for interfacing with customers and interpersonal interactions. CSRs perform all expediting functions related to the product division, including provision of customer service, system updates, and miscellaneous functions. Supports production control and materials management. Employees are expected to spend the majority of their time on the duties described herein.
