Who you are:
Proficient in Norwegian and English.
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of operating systems and computer applications
Knowledge of computers and mobile devices/technology aptitude.
Be resourceful, able to multi-task
Team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment.
Empathy and passion for customer service, strong team and collaboration skills, work independently with limited supervision
Ability to adapt and flex style based on personality, culture and customer profile
Helpdesk or systems administration experience a plus
