Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living
The position is responsible for full-cycle student hiring for our campus restaurants, as well as supporting the recruitment team with the processing of new adult hires. Compensation: $22- $26 per hour and is based on experience.

  • Network with local high schools and greater community to ensure candidate pipeline.
  • Schedule regular campus interview days with restaurant managers.
  • Extend server offer and generate offer letters.
  • Coordinate new hire paperwork with student and/or parent/guardian. Ensure new hire paperwork is accurate, timely, and in compliance with Child Labor laws.
  • Coordinate first day and new hire orientation.
  • Assist Recruiters with processing of adult hires. Track new hire medical appointments, drug screens, background checks, and other new hire requirements. Follow-up and assist candidates with process to ensure efficient time-to-hire.

What you will need:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR-related experience or equivalent education required.
  • Experience with an HRIS program preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • PHR certification is desirable.

Compensation: $22- $26 per hour
