This position will primarily be focused on the feature delivery of Honeywell's UniSim Design offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of all approved solutions development projects.
Collaborate on the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of key programs.
Drive the adoption of technology platforms and design principles.
Generate robust, secure, and quality software code that fulfills the requirements of the product.
Guide and mentor junior members of the development team.
Understand business requirements and technical specifications.
Participate in Agile, Scrum or hybrid development methodology, collaborating with other developers on the team.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Perform unit testing.
Work with product and offering owners to create user stories.
Design and develop complex solutions.
Apply and share the best practices with team and broader organization.
Integrate automation platforms.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
8+ years of software engineering experience
Working experience with C++, C#, and VB.Net
WE VALUE
Knowledge of Process Simulation systems.
4+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas/Refining/Chemicals domain
Working experience with Python
Experience executing Agile software methodology.
Knowledge of test-driven development

Convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
